Award Request Confirmation

Your request for a reward has been received!

This page includes important information about receiving your reward! Please read it in full.

Verifying and processing your reward will take us up to approximately 12 weeks. There is no need for you to resubmit a reward claim. 

There are a few things we do need you to do, though.

If you are eligible for a reward, look out for an email from the University of Texas at Austin. You must complete DocuSign paperwork included in that email.

If you're not eligible (for example, if you submitted your request too soon and still have a badge to complete), we'll alert you by email within approximately 8 weeks.

Please Note: If you inquire about your reward before the 12 weeks has passed, we won't be able to respond due to high volume. 

If 12 weeks have passed and you have not received your reward or a request to complete DocuSign paperwork, you may contact us at support@texasoncourse.org. Please use only this email address for reward inquiries. Individual team members cannot respond to reward questions.
